Norham Castle (1869); Passenger/cargo vessel
Scale: 1:48. A half block model of the starboard side of the passenger/cargo ship Norham Castle (1869), made entirely in wood, painted and polished. The hull is polished wood below the waterline and black above with a polished wood strake running its entire length. There is provision for a figurehead. Other fittings comprise stump foremast and mainmast, and a rudder. Inscribed on hull amidships ‘Norham Castle No 128’.
