Cargo vessel; Schooner

Scale: 1:48. A full hull model of a two-masted cargo made entirely in wood with wood, metal and organic material fittings and painted in realistic colours. The hull is painted dark green below the waterline and black above, has a clipper bow and pronounced counter. The bowsprit has a jib-boom and dolphin striker. The foremast and mainmast are fully-rigged, the former having two booms and the latter three. Deck details include a windlass, three cargo hatches of varying sizes, skylight and tiller for working the rudder. The model is mounted on a pair of simple wooden crutches and displayed on a plain rectangular wooden baseboard.
