Cargo vessel; Lighter; Swim-head lighter
Scale: Unknown. A half block model of a swim-head lighter (circa 1900), made entirely in wood made from several sections of timber, joined horizontally, and stained and polished a dark brown finish that has weathered. The depicted vessel has prominent fore and aft decks, long uninterrupted main deck and tapered stern.
