Scale: 1:24. A half block model of the starboard side of a steam tug (1880) made entirely in wood and painted and varnished. The hull is varnished wood below the waterline, black above, with a blond-coloured wood strake running its entire length. Fittings include a stump foremast and mainmast; superstructure positioned forward of amidships; the side of which is protected by a curved bulwark; enclosed bridge with entry port and window details inscribed in black penwork; single stump funnel; and single three-bladed propeller that has been drawn onto the model in black penwork. The model is displayed on a rectangular backboard with bevelled edges. The waterline is indicated by a darker wood below the waterline, and a slightly lighter coloured wood above.
