Warship; Floating battery
Scale: Unknown. A model depicting the stern of a floating battery painted entirely in wood and painted in realistic colours. The stern is a half hexagon in plan view, the stern itself having a counter. The lower half of the model is painted gloss off-white. There is provision for a rudder, now missing. The upper half, or superstructure consists of three straight sides meeting at a slightly domed roof section. The superstructure sides and aft section are corrugated and painted black. A lid in the aft section is hinged and opens downwards. The section face is open and shows the internal structure and layout of the interior. The interior is painted red and fittings include an eight-spoke ships wheel.
