Scale: Unknown. A model of a Hall's anchor improved by H.P. Parkes & Co Ltd. The model is made entirely in brass with a lacquered finish. The shank is square in section. The single cast crown and arms can pivot and are held in place by a transverse bolt thought the shank which in turn is held in place by a threaded nut and bolt. The flange of the crown is slightly convex and on their upper face the flukes sweep upwards vertically to approximately half the height of the shank, with a pair of lateral flukes fitted underneath. One face of the shank is inscribed along its length: 'HENRY PERSEHOUSE PARKES & Co LTD'.
