Porter's anchor
Scale: Unknown. A model of a Porter's patent anchor. The model is made entirely in brass and patinated a gunmetal colour. The stock can be removed by removing the securing wedge attached to the stock itself by a short length of chain. The ring is riveted to the top of the shank and can be pivoted. The shank is rectangular in section and close to the bottom is a lozenge shape ring that pivots on its securing pin. The flukes pivot on a securing pin which passes through the bottom of the shank and the crown. The flukes have hook protrusions.
