Equipment model; Anchor model
Scale: Unknown. A model depicting part of the process of manufacturing a scarph chock anchor, made entirely of iron. The model shows an irregular ovoid-shaped lump of iron, with a smooth flattened face, and a less distinct rounded area on the underside. Attached to one end of the ovoid lump, and extending from it, is a long, tapering, four-sided bar, slightly irregular in shape. The bar terminates in a point. On the smooth underside part '4' is stamped and a number '1' is stamped on the tapered square section.
