Equipment model; Anchor model
Scale: Unknown. Model of a Bleeker's patent anchor sanctioned in 1914, and made entirely in steel and plated (plating worn and corroded). The shank is square in section and at the top of which is a D-ring that pivots on a bolt. The shank pivots on the crown through an arc of approximately 80 degrees. The bottom of the crown has a rectangular aperture through which the bottom of the shank can be seen. The shank is prevented from slipping off by means of a bolt running through the bottom of the crown and secured by a split pin. The flat bottomed arms are surmounted by two elongated flukes whose palms are inscribed twice "Bleeker" and "New York".
