Equipment model; Anchor model
Scale: 1:12. A model of an Admiralty pattern-type anchor made entirely in brass which has been lacquered. The shank is square in section and bulges slightly to accommodate the stock. The stock bends downward at one end and both ends terminate in a small nodule. Above the stock the shank bulges again to accommodate the D-ring shackle that swivels on a round-headed rivet. The crescent-shaped arms curve upwards and terminate in a pair of spade-shaped flukes with unusual circular depressions on their undersides.
