Coryton anchor
Scale: 1:12. Model of a Coryton anchor made entirely in iron. The model has patternated dark grey colour and has been made similar to the subject it depicts. There are two shackles attached to either end of the shank by bolts secured with nuts. The shank has been cast in two halves, divided longitudinally and is secured by a nut and bolt near the crown. The palms have limited movement turning in an ark of around 60 degrees. The name "THE CORYTON ANCHOR" has been cast in relief lettering along one side of the shank. The number "1892" has been hand written on the same side of the shank.
