Scale: Unknown. Model of a section of the framing of an iron ship, showing the keel, floor frames, four cross frames and keelson. The model has been made from wood and cardboard and painted a uniform black colour. On the uppermost plate, a makers business card has been applied which reads "Westwood, Baillie, Campbell & Co. Ship builders, Boiler makers, Wrought Iron Bridge. Girder & Roof Builders. Pontoon, Caissoon & Dock Gate Constructors. London Yard Isle of Dogs. Near the Poplar station Blackwall Railway Gridiron 230 feet long for cleaning and repairing ships bottoms". A paper label marked "14" has also been applied to the uppermost plate.
