Sectional model; Component model

Scale: Unknown. Sectional model depicting the method of forming a knee from straight timber. The model has been made from two pieces of wood, nailed together and stained a uniform colour. The longer piece of wood has been cut along part of its length to facilitate the forming of the knees curvature. The shorter piece of wood has an illegible hand written label nailed to it. A paper label inscribed "38." has been applied across the join of the two pieces of wood, and has torn where these have separated over time. On the reverse side of the knee there is an illegible hand written inscription. On the concave face of the knee there are traces of a red and cream paint.
