Scale: Unknown. A sectional model depicting armour and box plating rolled without ends, as patented by Mr Jones in 1861. The model has been made in wood and the individual plates have been linked together in the same way as actual examples. The rivets have been shown using small droplets of lead. Three complete sections of box plating and two half sections have been depicted and these are arranged in two rows in a brickwork-like arrangement.
