Sectional model; Stern model
Scale: Unknown. A model of the stern section together with rudder, largely made in wood, the whole of which is mounted in a pair of figured wooden keel chocks on a polished rectangular moulded mahogany baseboard. The model itself is painted copper below a thin white waterline, with black topsides above, and natural varnished mahogany with the inboard face painted a dark green. There is a brass removable tiller, which locates on a vertical rode with square head. This is connected to a wooden bladed balanced rudder and is held in place by a large almost circular brass revolving stop half way down, with the heel located on a metal skeg projecting from the stern post.
