Structural model
Scale: Unknown. Model showing a proposed self freeing launching wedge, made in wood and painted in a dark brown varnish. A short section of keel has been depicted and beneath this there are two wooden chocks separated by a pair of lacquer-coated brass wedges. These wedges have been placed side by side and are pointing in opposite directions. The model has been secured to a rectangular baseboard which has also been painted in dark brown varnish. A label marked "20" has been applied to one corner of the baseboard. The baseboard is supported by a pair of roughly made mahogany feet.
