Cargo vessel
Scale: Unknown. A half block model of the starboard side of a sailing cargo vessel made entirely in wood and varnished or polished a dark golden brown finish. The depicted hull is carvel built, with the planking indicated. The single row of square portholes or simulated gunports are inset brass and there are two inset brass rails or strakes immediately above and below them. The decoration and windows on the stern quarter gallery has been carved. Other fittings and features include the bowsprit, forecastle and poop decks, square stern and rudder. The model is displayed on a rectangular mahogany backboard with bevelled edges.
