Scale: Unknown. A full hull model of the paddlewheel passenger vessel Princesse Henriette or Princesse Josephine (circa 1888) made entirely in wood with silver-plated metal fittings and painted in realistic colours. The model has sustained considerable damage with many fittings missing or broken, the hull damaged and paint surfaces abraded. The hull is painted salmon pink below the waterline with a narrow white stripe above and black above the waterline. The hull is double-ended with rudders at the bow and stern indicated by penwork. Other details include silver-plated paddles, black paddle boxes, intermittent portholes on two decks and a shelter promenade deck. There are four parts to the superstructure, the largest of which is placed amidships with rounded ends and a deck atop encircled by a passenger rail. The model is mounted on six gilded turned metal pillar supports.
