Waterline model
Scale: Unknown. Collection of fifteen waterline recognition models comprising of both merchant and warships. All the models include some deck fittings and are conplete with their hull colours and funnel recognition colours. The hulls themselves are carved from a single block to which the various features such as decks, lifeboats, funnels, aircraft and masts have been added. The vessels represented are: RMS Queen Elizabeth (1940); Albatross (1942); Krauprins Frederik (1946); HMS Formidable (1941); SS Velutina (1950); Imperial Star (1948); Bloemfontein Castle (1950); Stockholm (1949); Hibernia (1945?); USS Midway (1945); SS Orcades (1948); Bitter (1942); Vernz Clausen (1948); Pocahontas (1941); Bullfinch (1940). The models are stored in a wooden box with a hinged lid.
