Equipment model; Anchor model
Scale: Unknown. A model showing the process of making the shank of an anchor, as proposed in 1829, made entirely in iron. The model shows a bundle of nine roughly forged and hammered iron rods, one of which is much longer than the others, all bound together with three hoops, one at either end and the third bound around the middle of the bundle.
