Scale: Unknown. Instructional sectional model depicting the clay mould, for the second stage of making a wax hull for a tank testing model. The metal casing is painted brown and has a white plaster insert, next to which is the wax infill, the inside of which is held in place by a canvas covered wooden frame. To hold the frame in shape longitudinally, two wooden shaped sections are positioned equidistant along the hull, and held in place by wooden beams athwartships.
