Ordnance model; Gun model

Scale: Unknown. Model of a three pounder quick-firing naval gun Mark II (1917-1920). A working model made from steel, brass and wood, mounted on an aluminium base. Model is complete with metal gun shield, painted black, and has a working breech loading mechanism. Some of the brass fittings on the gun mounting have been engine turned. The model is inscribed "3pr Q.F. Naval gun 1917-1920" on the base.
