Sterilising box. Brass stand supporting copper box with loop handles on ends and lid. Contains fitted perforated tray with loop handles. With closed copper container on top. With four holes on top closed by round screw lids. Inscribed on lid: 'Wm Ibbotson Tempy Surgeon RN, a memento of Jutland 31/5/1916 HMS New Zealand'.
