Hunting Vessel; Kayak

Scale: Unknown. A model of a kayak made from wood and skin which has been painted or varnished. The hull consists of a wooden frame that has been sewn together and covered in a skin that has been lashed together by sinews. The cockpit is positioned aft of the midships and is rounded at the front and flat at the back. The hull shape is flat-bottomed with a steeply raked and sharp pointed bow, and the stern rises slightly upward. The model is equipped with a double-bladed paddle, a knife with a long bone handle, and a wooden bladed adze, all of which has been lashed to the boat.
