Dry card compass
Bowl - Has a detachable base and is split and secured with copper wire. The glass is cracked.
Card - Graduated in points and quadrantally in degrees. It is decorated with North and East points. Black card with white markings. Dia of card: 6.0" (15.2 cm).
Needle - Single flat bar type, pointed at either end and is secured to card by lead rivets.
Pivot - Metal pin driven through base of bowl.
Mounted on ACO stand 19.0" x 9.0" (22.9 x 22.9cm).
