PERISHED SEA 15 . 4 . 1912 / FROM TITANIC R . I . P.' A mourning angel kneels on a plinth draped with the Union Flag and US Flag. A lifebelt on the steps of the memorial is inscribed: 'TO THE HEROES OF TITANIC'. In a carved wooden frame, the embroidery in an inner mount.
