Cream coloured satin stripe silk ground, in three sections joined together by running stitch. One long edge having lace frill (though this is missing from the middle section) the opposite edge left jagged and torn. The two side edges embroidered on net, over a dark purple ground, with an intricate flower design of poppies and other flowers, worked in pinks, blues, yellows and greens.
