Bowl-Brass, four black painted lubber lines. Verge glass incorporates brass pivot.
Card-Black card with white markings graduated to 32 points and quadrantally in degrees. Overhead - east and west transposed. East is decorated, north has royal coat of arms - Stebbing had royal appt. to Dutchess of Kent & Royal Yacht Squadron.
Pivot-Steel pin set in brass stem secured to verge glass.
