Dip Circle

Bowl-Glazed front and back with spirit level on top. Graduated rim on inside, quadrantally in degrees from the horizontal. Two magnifiers (across the diameter) for reading the scale.

Needle-Flat bar type, pointed at ends. Length 15.3 cm .

Pivot-Double-ended steel pivot resting on knife-edge bearings attached to vertical mount secured to lower rim of bowl. Fitted with needle lifter.

Stand- Circular, graduated from 0 to 180 degrees through East and West; mounted on three adjustable legs.
