Bowl: Brass glazed top, opaque glass bottom. Painted black. Has hinged magnifier attached to verge. White inside with shelf containing black lubber line. Set in double gimbals.
Card: White with black markings graduated to quarter points and 0 - 90 in degrees quardantally. Domed float in centre with hollow surround.
Needle: Needles held in two tubes attached to float.
Pivot: Unsighted.
Set in ACO stand.
