Liquid compass and binnacle

Liquid compass for yacht. Compass No. 107.
Bowl: A brass bowl with black exterior and a white interior. Heavy weight at base with expansion chamber and a filler plug on side. There is a lubber line across the glass. In double gimbals.
Card: A small card with a mica band. White with black markings graduated to quarter points. It has a red North-South line and six damper arms.
Needle: The four needles, in two pairs are held on framework at centre.
Pivot: Unsighted
Azimuth Circle: A glazed circle black with white markings graduated 0-360 degrees and to eight points. The North point is red and there are two parallel course setting lines on the glass. There is a locking device.
Binnacle: A smal brass binacle with removable hood. This hood has a fixed window. There is no means of illumination.
