Button, Australian Naval uniform: pattern 1927
Three buttons. Twisted rope edge. Within a raised circular border on a smooth background is ROYAL AUSTRALIAN NAVY. In the centre is a post-1901 crown above a stockless fouled anchor that is slanting downward to the left. The chain goes from the loop at the top, over the shank the shank to the left and under the left arm.
