Liquid compass
Bowl: Brass. Glazed. Fill hole at side. Held in brass bowl holder. White on inside with black lubber spike. Set on brass pillar with locking screw and holes for compensating magnets.
Card: White with black markings graduated to 360 degrees and to 4 cardinal points. eight damper arms. Dome float at centre.
Nedle: Two nedles slung beneath card.
Pivot: Unsighted
Azimuth circle: Has locking arm and spirit level. Sight consists of adjustable prism, jet reflector and two filters. Circle held to verge by three screws.
