Liquid compass
Bowl: Brass painted grey. Has domed glass. Azimuth circle and sights. Has fill hole on side of bowl. Bowl held in a brass outer bowl. White inside with black lubber wire. White lubber line on outside of bowl.
Card:Thin rim with hollow centre. Float at centre and spokes to rim. White with black markings graduated to 4 cardinal points and to 360 degrees. has 8 radial damper arms coming from rim of card.
Needle: Four needles set in tubes slung beneath card.
Pivot: Unsighted
Azimuth Circle: Has securing lever and spirit bubble level. Prismatic sights with hinged jet reflector blank off plate.V and nipple line up. Two hinged filters.
