Azimuth Sight

A plastic moulded azimuth sight. The back sight is a slit and with spy hole while the fore sight is an open arch with a sighting wire. The sighting wire travels along the base frame to the centre cross bar. There is a hole in this cross bar to accommodate the compass spigot enabling the sight to be moved in azimuth.
