Patt 1134
Has general shape of an anchor. It is held to the compass by flanges on the "arms" and one at the base. The two counter balances are also situated at the base. The prism is opposite the base and contains a notched sight and black line down the centre. There is also one filter and a tube for carrying an electric light. The prism is moveable by a milled screw.
