Button, Royal Naval uniform: pattern 1774-1812?

Flat button. On a smooth background is an anchor with a rope tied to the ring at the top, then it goes under the left-hand stock, under the shank to the right, then back under the shank to the left, under the left arm and then curls under the crown to the right before going under the right arm. Commissioned officers.
