The rope is tied to the ring at the top, then comes under the right-hand side of the stock, goes under the shank to the left, then under the shank to the right and then back under the shank to the left and disappears under the left arm. Two branches of leaves cross at the bottom and go up each side with the tips of the branches level with the mid-point of the crown. Flag officer.
