Button, Royal Naval uniform: pattern 1774-1812
Two buttons. (Only 1 found during 2002 inventory) Smooth edge. On a smooth background is a fouled anchor with the stock slanting down the left. The rope is tied to the ring at the top. It goes under the right-hand stock, then over the shank to the left, then under the shank to the right, over the right arm and then curls toe left under the crown . Commissioned officers.
