Within a raised circular border on a lined background is a pre-1901 crown above a fouled anchor where the rope goes under the left-hand side of the stock, over the shank and than under the shank and then trails over the left-hand arm. The design is similar to the medical branch circa 1825 though a snake is used in place of a rope.
