Button, W. Mitchell Foyle Line
Button worn on the uniform of the shipping company W. Mitchell Foyle Line. Gilt brass domed button with a rope twist outer border and raised inner border. A rectangular green (indicated by diagonal shading from dexter to sinister) flag with letters ‘WM’ and raised star in upper left corner of flag are depicted on button. All on lined ground.
On the reverse of the button the maker is inscribed 'PAISLEY’S GLASGOW'.
