Pienmen nephoscope

Bowl - Brass 1" (2.5cm) deep, graduated on outside edge to 8 points. Fitted with a needle locking device. A brass mounted black glass reflector top fits over top of bowl which can be rotated. It is fitted with two wooden knobs and a vertical arm which is graduated 2-11 and which can be raised or lowered by a worm screw. The black glass reflector carrried a circumferential scale. Mounted on a vertical brass rod 3.5" (8.9cm) long which is attached at the centre of a black-painted brass stand which has three arms, each fitted with a levelling screw. Spirit level 2" (5.1cm) contained in carrying box.
