Sword
French sword, the hilt of the sword consists of an embossed square gilt guard and a trefoil-shaped pommel. The obverse of the pommel is embossed with a foul anchor motif. The sword has a fluted ivory grip and a straight, diamond-sectioned steel blade. The obverse of the blade is engraved with a spray of flowers, a trophy consisting of drums and trumpets, and a further spray of flowers. The reverse of the blade is engraved with stars and crescents on a tablet between two sprays of flowers. The black leather scabbard has a locket and chape. The frog button is missing from the locket.
