Hanger
Slotted hilted hanger, the hilt of the hanger consists of a slotted (not specified) metal guard. The hanger has an oval pommel, which is engraved with an anchor motif. The wooden grip is bound with copper wire. The steel blade is curved with a broad fuller. The scabbard is missing. The hanger is part of the Spinney Collection, which is made up of sixteen swords, five dirks and three pistols.
