Heavy grey painted brass, with crosspiece at centre which has a brass spigot on its underside that fits into depression at centre of compass verge glass. On upper side of cross-piece is a location for a shadow pin. The foresight is an open arch with thread and is fitted with a black glass reflector and mirror. The back sight contains a slit, prism and two filters.

O.A. Height 7.1" (18.0 cm)

In fitted wooden box 12.8" x 5.5" x 6.3" (32.5 x 14.0 x 16.0 cm) containing two shadow pins.
