Card: A mica band 1.75" (7.7 cm) wide. The card is grey with black markings graduated to points and 0 - 360 in degrees. There is a second set of degree graduations which are set 180 degrees out from the first and are inverted.
Needle: The eight square bar needles, in four pairs, are in two sets, one above the other and are all held inside the opened float.
Pivot: There is no pivot.
