Card-Mica covered with paper, blue with blue and black markings, graduated to 1/4 points and quadrantally in degrees.
Needle- Four 5" long needles hang on rings and eyelets attached to four brass strips 2 x 6.25" and 2 x 4.25" long, attached to a brass ring 6.6" dia. and screwed to card.
Pivot Cone-shaped brass pivot cap with jewel at top screwed through centre plate of light brass framework consisting of four long bars radiating from centre, the N-S arm carrying sliding weights, secured to brass ring of card.
