Card: Mica covered with paper, white with black markings, graduated to quarter points - has decorated East point.
Neelde: One flat bar needle 6.6" long, having rounded ends and an expanded centre, to accommodate pivot cap, fitted with brass sliding weights. A brass cross bar is fitted having an expanded centre plate, fitted above the expanded centre of the needle, carrying sliding weights.
Pivot: Cone shaped brass pivot cap with jewel at top screwed through centre of needle.
