Compass card
Card for a liquid compass.
Card: A mica card attached to float by a wire complex. The card is white with black markings graduated to quarter points and quadrantally in degrees. The quadrantal markings are normal and inverted for use with a prism.
Needle: The two needles are enclosed inn tubes which are attached to the float.
length 3.8" (9.8 cm)
Pivot: The pivot is incorporated in the domed float and has a thumb screw at the top to facilitate changing the jewel.
