Leander (1813); Newcastle (1813)
Scale: 1:48. Plan showing the lower deck for Leander (1813) and Newcastle (1813), both 50-gun Fourth Rate Large Frigates. The alterations in red ink relate to their 1815 refit for foreign service at Woolwich Dockyard and the plan shows preparations for receiving a Flag Officer. Those in black ink and pencil are for the Leander, who was later refitted in 1816 at Portsmouth for a different foreign service.
Signed by Joseph Tucker [Surveyor of the Navy, 1813-1831] and Robert Seppings [Surveyor of the Navy, 1813-1832].
